The story starts as Xbox head Phil Spencer is seemingly about to close the show when the presentation and livestream appeared to be “hacked” by CD Projekt looking to show off a new CyberPunk 2077 trailer. It’s in the small intro, which doesn’t appear in the official version on the CyberPunk 2077 YouTube page, that fans have found a new message from someone at CD Projekt. The message, after having numbers swapped out for letters, reads “We leave greed to others”....

The Bush administration pressed Germany to arrest Ganczarski, but the Germans said they couldn’t: he hadn’t committed a crime. The FBI protested when Ganczarski was then allowed to leave for Saudi Arabia last year. But neither the Germans nor the Saudis were able to do anything about him until a Saudi crackdown after the recent Riyadh bombings. French authorities say that Ganczarski flew to Paris after being expelled from Saudi Arabia....

Alongside film critics and audience members, one famous video game creator has also weighed in with his opinions on the latest Batman movie. Hideo Kojima, creator of Death Stranding, is often regaled as one of gaming’s auteurs, as Kojima games can be defined by the influence of their creator. As such, many follow Kojima for his unique take on both video games and other media products. As his Twitter proves, he’s often one to share his opinions on the latest movies that he watches....

Rumors regarding the growing rent between Kojima and Konami began in mid-March earlier this year. Konami announced that it had restructured its video game development operations and what followed was a whitewashing of Konami removing Kojima’s name and related brands from their websites, social media, and Metal Gear promotional material. Kojima even ended that day with a Twitter post showing Big Boss positioned in front of a helicopter with the comment “Heading off....

In a video posted to his official Twitter account, Kojima confirmed that all of the cakes in Death Stranding are handmade. The cakes, which appear if a player plays Death Stranding on their birthday, were made with scans of real cakes which the game’s development team then enjoyed eating. In the video, the Kojima Productions team can be seen slicing into a red cake with “happy birthday” written on it, which looks just like the cake that players can see in the game....

Kojima has often been praised as someone who has pushed the video game medium to new heights, specifically with Metal Gear, often considered the first stealth game followed by multiple critically acclaimed sequels. The latest game from the mind of Hideo Kojima is 2019’s Death Stranding, an action-adventure game that marketed itself as the first “Strand-type” video game. Death Stranding received praise for its storytelling elements, cinematic quality, and unique approach to world traversal....

The tweet in question features an image from Kojima’s next project, an image that doesn’t wholly feel representative of a Metal Gear game, but could still possibly be tied to one. In the image, which is included below, a man is sneaking along the side of a tank in a rural location. From the quality of the image it looks like this might be one of Kojima’s first Vita productions....

In terms of video game depictions of Deadpool, High Moon and Activision’s action game starring the mutant is a wonderful portrayal of that. Deadpool released in 2013 with praise for its humorous take on the character, though its gameplay was resoundingly less preferable as it became tedious and repetitive. The hiker was walking with their dog when they found the remains at the bottom of a steep hill in a densely wooded area of Griffith Park on Monday morning and alerted authorities, CBS Los Angeles reported. The Los Angeles Police Department said the grim discovery was made in the 4800 block of Griffith Park Drive at around 9.a.m, according to the station.
